Oakhills: find your apartment on the plan.
A unit selector for a 302-apartment estate: a 3D masterplan, then block, floor and apartment, with furnished 3D floor plans along the way. Availability comes live from SIMS, the sales platform the developer already runs, and an apartment is held while its buyer pays the reservation fee.

- 01 · The brief
- Hundreds of apartments, released block by block, sold through SIMS. Buyers needed to see what was free and where it sat, without phoning an agent first, and the site could never disagree with the sales team.
- 02 · The system
- Built with the SIMS team. Xano syncs each unit from SIMS and maps its sale status; Wized binds that data to the Webflow selector. Reserving holds the apartment while the buyer pays, and the payment sets up their owner’s portal.
- 03 · The outcome
- Estate to apartment in four taps, with status the sales team trusts. Alongside it, a new home hero. In the first full week after launch, 42% of phone visitors scrolled past the first screen (8.6% on the old hero), nearly 1 in 4 visits reached the unit map (3% before), and phones loaded the site in 1.6s, down from 3.4s.
